Receiving Payments

If you are receiving payments under a Chapter 13 Plan being administered by this office and would like to receive payments electronically, please complete this form and email it to us. We will then contact you with further information.


The disbursement dates are generally scheduled for the third week of each month.  However, at times due to circumstances beyond our control or other reasons, funds may not be disbursed according to this schedule.

We have a secure, encrypted portal available to debtors' attorneys.  This portal should be utilized for submitting documents to the Chapter 13 Trustee Office only.

Do not confuse this portal with the filing of Bankruptcy Court documents!

All Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure still apply to the filing of court documents.  This office will continue to receive copies of filed documents directly from the court as we always have.  The portal is to be used for submitting documents to the Trustee's office that are not required to be filed with the court.
